About the Role

As an IT Security Analyst based in Fargo, North Dakota, you will play a critical part in safeguarding patient data and strengthening our cybersecurity posture. This is a full-time, on-site position where you will work directly with IT leadership, including the VP of IT, to make a meaningful impact on the organization's security framework.

In this role, you will be the first line of defense against emerging threats. Your day-to-day involves monitoring systems for suspicious activity, investigating security incidents, and performing vulnerability assessments to support remediation efforts. You will partner with cross-functional IT teams to ensure systems are configured securely and help maintain robust incident response and disaster recovery plans. This position is ideal for someone passionate about cybersecurity who wants to apply their skills in a regulated healthcare environment.

Requirements
