Day in the Life
In this hybrid Business Analyst and QA capacity, you will act as the primary liaison between business and IT to resolve issues, clarify requirements, and manage expectations. Your day involves facilitating requirements gathering sessions and workshops, translating business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria, and collaborating with development teams to ensure accurate delivery. You will also support testing efforts, including test case validation and defect triaging, while continuously evaluating business processes to recommend optimizations. Strong analytical skills will be essential as you interpret data to support business decisions and troubleshoot data issues.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- verified3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in an IT or software development environment

Nice to Have
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar. Exposure to data visualization/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.). Experience with process modeling or workflow documentation. Knowledge of data warehousing concepts or data integration. Prior experience working with enterprise applications or complex systems.
