About the Role
We are seeking an Irrigation Foreman to lead our Irrigation team, which services a variety of residential and commercial properties. This is a full-time, year-round position where you will be responsible for managing irrigation system installations from start to finish, including night lighting systems, Hydrawise controllers, and complex repairs.
As a leader, you will motivate and guide crew members, delegate tasks based on individual skill sets, and maintain excellent communication with clients, management, and project teams. You will also be expected to create and update property guides and maps, track inventory, and ensure trucks are stocked with the proper materials daily. The role requires physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including snow and ice removal responsibilities during the winter months.

Candidates must have an insurable driving record and be able to pass a physical and drug screen to obtain a DOT Medical Card.
