About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology (IR) Technologist to join our team at the UCHealth Anschutz Inpatient Pavilion in Aurora, CO. This onsite role is critical to our mission of diagnosing and treating cardiac and vascular conditions with the highest standards of quality and safety.

You will operate within a state-of-the-art facility featuring nine procedure rooms designed to support a broad spectrum of interventional procedures. Your day-to-day work will involve performing high-quality procedures such as central venous catheter placements, thrombectomies, embolization procedures, stroke interventions, and chemoembolization. You will partner closely with physicians to assist in diagnostic and therapeutic interventions, ensuring patients are well-prepared, informed, and cared for throughout the process.

Success in this role requires critical thinking, decisive judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. You will be responsible for preparing equipment, selecting appropriate imaging parameters, and applying strict radiation safety standards to support our commitment to patient care.
