About the Role
The Inline Group is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join a constantly expanding and growing organization in a new Upstate New York location. This position offers a long-term career track within a collegial work environment that supports new graduates and allows providers to build a personalized patient panel. The role emphasizes disease prevention and health promotion, providing comprehensive care for newborns, children, adolescents, and adults.
Day in the Life
As an employed physician, you will see an average of 18-24 patients per week, with a schedule designed for efficiency at three patients per hour. You will have assigned administrative and medical assistants for each provider during every shift, ensuring time-efficient and well-managed scheduling with limited over-booking. The role involves office-based procedures and diagnostic tests, including EKG, spirometry, mole and wart removal, pap smears, IUD placement, and annual exams. There is no call requirement, and you will have the choice of one 8-hour weekend day per month (Saturday or Sunday).

Requirements
- verifiedBoard Certification in Family Medicine (New Grads have 6 month grace period)
