About the Role
As a Full Time Internal Medicine Physician, you'll provide primary care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located in Elko, NV. The role involves providing episodic, preventive, and acute health care to patients. You will conduct histories and physical examinations, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients. Additionally, you may provide occupational health services, such as post-offer physicals, occupational surveillance exams, medical monitoring, return-to-work exams, and Worker's Compensation medical guidance. In the absence of the Medical Leader, you may provide overall responsibility for the care of patients seen in the health care clinic.
Compensation and Benefits
This role offers a $50,000 sign-on bonus plus student loan forgiveness. Premise provides its reasonable and genuinely expected range of compensation for this job of $322,800.00 - $342,800.00 annually. A number of factors will influence the rate offered for this position, including your experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other factors.

Requirements
- verifiedMedical Degree
- verifiedCurrent board certificate (ABMS, AMA or AOA)
- verifiedAll state licenses to practice
- verifiedFederal DEA license
- verifiedState Narcotic/Controlled Substance license if required
- verifiedCPR (BLS or ACLS) Certification with hands-on evaluation
- verifiedAt least three years of post-residency clinical experience
- verifiedExperience in primary care, urgent care or emergency room setting
- verifiedCurrent US work visa
