About the Role
The Indiana University Foundation is seeking a thoughtful, strategic, and highly collaborative Internal Communications Strategist to help strengthen internal communications across the Foundation and the broader IU advancement community. This role is ideal for a skilled communicator who can bring clarity to complexity, build trusted relationships across teams, and translate organizational priorities into clear, engaging messages that inform, align, and inspire action.
As a key connector across departments, you will partner with senior leaders, unit leaders, and stakeholders to design and execute internal communications strategies that support giving and engagement goals. You will help elevate internal communications from reactive to proactive by creating structure, developing communications plans, and supporting key organizational initiatives. Your work will play an important role in helping employees understand priorities, navigate change, and stay connected to the Foundation's mission and impact.
