About the Role
As an Interior Designer, you will serve as a vital link between client vision and design execution, working closely with the project team from the initial concept through to completion. This role is designed for a creative professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment managing complex, multi-project portfolios. You will be responsible for producing complete and accurate documentation, developing millwork details, and curating material palettes that align with the overall design direction.
Your day-to-day involves representing the interiors team during client presentations to translate concepts into actionable design strategies. You will collaborate with purchasing agents to manage FF&A budgets and schedules, while assisting the Project Lead in program development. Beyond technical execution, you will play a key role in mentoring junior designers, contributing to marketing efforts, and maintaining the highest standards of design quality and professional integrity.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree from accredited Interior Design program
- verified5-10 years experience in Luxury Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or Multi Family design
- verifiedStrong understanding of building systems and codes
- verifiedCompetency in required design software
- verifiedMaintain professional license
