About the Role
Arcadis’s Intelligent Mobility Services (IMS) group offers technology consulting services to public and private sector mobility clients. We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Growth / Sales team as the Intelligent Mobility Services Pursuits Director.
This role reports to the Intelligent Mobility Services Sales Director, with a dotted line to the Global Business Area (GBA) Mobility Pursuits Director. You will serve in multiple capacities, driving proactive pursuit identification, managing the pursuit process, and leading the IMS Pursuit Committee. You will coordinate alignment between the IMS team and in-country Mobility teams to identify targeted pursuits for co-creation, playing a key role in strategic, multi-country, and high-value pursuits.
In this position, you will drive continuous improvement and innovation, leveraging technology to promote commercial excellence concepts such as Major Opportunity Readiness Evaluation (MORE) sessions, WIN-rooms, and new business models. You will also coordinate with global marketing, communications, and branding teams to ensure IMS’ brand and messaging reach the appropriate audiences internally and externally. Additionally, you will plan and manage major events, including sponsorships and client forums, coordinating with in-country mobility staff.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor’s or master’s degree
- verifiedSignificant experience in market-to-opportunity, pursuit-to-win, and account and client management within a multinational engineering or professional services firm
- verifiedProven track record of successfully running sales, pursuits, and change programs
- verifiedExperience working within the public sector for roads, highways, rail, and transit clients, preferably in the US market
- verifiedAbility to design, implement, and ensure adherence to processes, with the flexibility to revise processes if required
