About the Role
Diedre Moire Corporation, Inc. is seeking an experienced Insurance Underwriter to join our Specialty Program team, focusing on the Commercial Lines sector for Personal Grooming Services. This role is pivotal in evaluating risk, selecting submissions, and pricing policies for a diverse range of businesses including barber shops, hair salons, tanning studios, nail salons, and massage parlors.
As a key member of our underwriting department, you will serve as a strategic resource to subordinate underwriting levels, other departments, and our network of agents. You will be responsible for communicating our underwriting appetite and strategies to agents while developing new agency relationships and maintaining our core group of partners. Additionally, you will assist management in the development and enhancement of insurance forms.

Requirements

- verifiedChartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate in Risk Management, Associate in Commercial Underwriting, or similar professional designation
