We are currently hiring a Health Benefits Advisor based in Framingham. This position is designed to provide education and enrollment opportunities for patients and community residents who lack access to healthcare and health insurance. The role works predominantly internally and in the field, collaborating with local community-based organizations throughout Milford, Framingham, Worcester, and surrounding towns.
You will be a good fit for our team if you are passionate about helping people live healthier lives and enjoy working in a supportive, team-based environment. While this position is based in Framingham, candidates should expect occasional cross-site coverage in Milford, Worcester, or other nearby locations to support planned time off or unplanned staff absences, ensuring smooth operations and continuity of service across our sites.
Please note that your first 90 days will include training sessions in Worcester and Milford. Additionally, all pay rates are subject to experience, license or certification, and location.
