About the Opportunity

The Delaney Agency is seeking disciplined, coachable individuals to join our remote team as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This is a unique work-from-home opportunity designed for those motivated to help families who have already reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. Our mission centers on service, leadership, and long-term growth, connecting agents with families actively seeking financial protection.

The Role in Action

Unlike traditional sales roles, this position eliminates the need for cold calling. We utilize data-driven systems and proven lead generation to connect our agents with warm, inbound leads. Typically, agents help 3–5 families per week, earning an average of $300–$500 per family served. The role focuses entirely on service rather than prospecting: contacting warm leads to schedule appointments, helping families review coverage options, and supporting applications through underwriting until families are fully covered.

This is a 100% commission-based role with no cap on earnings. While the environment is performance-based and requires working independently, agents receive ongoing mentorship, leadership support, and access to a proven lead system. Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.

Who This Is For

We are looking for individuals who are honest, confident in their communication, and passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions. Ideal candidates are disciplined, accountable, and willing to grow into leadership roles over time. While a Life insurance license is preferred, the agency provides resources and guidance to help qualified candidates obtain one in as little as 7–10 days.
