About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Insurance Claims Specialist to handle complex and specialty claims in the environmental sector. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in environmental health hazards, construction defects, toxic torts, pollution, and asbestos cases. The position offers the flexibility of remote work from home, with a primary operational base in Livonia, MI.

In this capacity, you will investigate, evaluate, reserve, negotiate, and resolve high-stakes claims on behalf of our clients. Your expertise will be critical in assessing liability and damages, determining claim eligibility, and ensuring that all policy coverages are strictly adhered to. You will also be responsible for ensuring timely reimbursement for clients based on awarded damages, acting as a key advocate in the resolution of intricate environmental and health-related disputes.
