The Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to handle, review, and coordinate activities involving complex environmental, latent, and asbestos claims. In this position, you will interpret policy coverage, establish reserves, and evaluate liability and damages across primary, excess, and umbrella coverage layers. You will also respond to reinsurance issues, coordinate defense counsel and expert witnesses, and participate in settlement conferences. Additionally, you will aid in the development of claims handling techniques, expense control, and strategic protocols while generating reports for management.
