About the Opportunity

The Delaney Agency is seeking disciplined, coachable individuals to join our remote team as Life Insurance Sales Representatives. This role is designed for those motivated to help families who have already reached out for assistance with life insurance-backed products. We provide a work-from-home environment where you can focus on service rather than prospecting, utilizing our data-driven systems and proven lead generation to connect you with warm, inbound leads.

The Role in Action

In this position, you will typically serve 3–5 families per week. Your day-to-day involves contacting warm leads to schedule appointments, guiding families through coverage options, and supporting their applications through underwriting until they are fully protected. There is no cap on earnings, with agents typically earning an average of $300–$500 per family served. While the role is fully online, occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events.
