As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the vital link between our sales teams, internal business units, and our clients, helping them discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals.

About the Role

This role is designed for individuals who thrive in a sales-driven environment and enjoy consultative conversations. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support high-value accounts, securing both one-time and recurring projects. Your day will involve managing multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat, while driving a high conversion rate within approved margin guidelines. Beyond the numbers, you will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on relevant Quill.com features and increasing their share of wallet through consolidation efforts. This is an opportunity to make a measurable impact on customer success while collaborating with cross-functional partners to solve complex challenges.
