The Inside Sales team is the vital link that binds our operations together, partnering closely with sales teams and internal business units to drive growth and customer success.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will thrive in a sales-driven environment where consultative conversations lead to measurable impact. Your mission is to help new and existing customers discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals. You will manage multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads, and collaborate with Account Managers to secure projects for high-value accounts up to $5M. This role is designed for a self-starter who enjoys dynamic challenges, views rejection as an opportunity to persist, and is committed to building trusted advisor relationships that increase share of wallet.
