As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be the bridge connecting our sales teams and internal business units with both new and existing customers. Your mission is to help clients discover the right solutions while positioning Quill to win profitable deals.

About the Role

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a sales-driven environment and enjoys consultative conversations. You will partner closely with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to support high-value accounts, securing both one-time and recurring projects. Your day-to-day involves managing multiple lead channels, from hunt lines to web leads and chat, while maintaining a healthy opportunity pipeline in our CRM. By developing a deep knowledge of Quill's specialized product offerings and pricing, you will educate customers on relevant features and benefits, ultimately increasing net sales and share of wallet through trusted advisor relationships.
