This role is designed to blend hands-on technical support with proprietary application troubleshooting, system maintenance, and end-user assistance.
You will serve as a vital link between technology and the court system, supporting internal staff by ensuring stable and reliable operations. Your day-to-day work involves troubleshooting applications, interacting with databases, scripting, and collaborating with development and business teams to enhance in-house applications. The goal is to help employees use various proprietary software programs efficiently to fulfill business objectives.

The position is located in Des Moines, IA, with the possibility of hybrid-remote work available after six months. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Associate's degree in computer science or information technology. Experience working in or transitioning to Agile methodologies. Knowledge and experience with UNIX programming language. Knowledge and experience with PL/SQL. Experience with shell scripting, including navigating directories, listing files, and opening/editing scripts in QA and production support environments.
