About the Role
RMC is hiring an Information Security Analyst to serve as an Information Security Systems Engineer (ISSE) supporting our customer at Crane Naval Base in Indiana. This role is designed for a Journeyman-level candidate expected to perform all functional duties independently.
In this position, you will partner with the customer to design, implement, test, and field secure systems, networks, and architectures. You will play a critical role in the Information Assurance and Risk Management Framework (RMF) lifecycle, developing and enforcing security policies that address requirements during all phases of system acquisition. Your work will involve managing certification and testing in accordance with NIST policy, identifying deficiencies, and providing strategic recommendations for risk mitigation. Additionally, you will support the resolution of conflicting security requirements and develop essential program technical publications, including Systems Engineering Plans, Risk Assessments, Cybersecurity Strategies, and Test Plans.
