About the Role
As an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, you will be the backbone of our manufacturing operations, ensuring our machinery and equipment run at optimal performance. This role exists to minimize downtime and maintain the highest standards of safety and efficiency in a fast-paced food processing environment. You will collaborate closely with the management team to develop strategies for improving equipment reliability and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. Your day will involve performing regular inspections, troubleshooting complex mechanical and electrical issues (including PLCs), and implementing preventive maintenance plans. You will also assist in the installation of new machinery and provide technical support to your team.
