About the Role

Join our Hartford, WI team and help power one of North America's largest commercial printing operations. As an Industrial Maintenance Electrician, you will be a key player in keeping our high-tech production equipment running smoothly in a fast-paced, cutting-edge manufacturing facility. This role is designed for experts in PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical systems who thrive in environments where technical expertise is valued, rewarded, and put to work every day.

You will work alongside a supportive team of skilled coworkers in a culture that prioritizes safety, precision, and work-life balance. Our unique compressed work week schedule (3/4 or 4/3) allows you to work just 182 days a year while maintaining full-time pay and benefits, giving you four days off every other week to recharge, spend time with family, or pursue your passions.
