About the Role
This role is designed for high-energy individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will be the guardian of quality, responsible for auditing incoming loads to ensure compliance with established standards and identifying any deviations. Your day will involve observing load quality upon arrival, documenting root causes via tablet procedures, and capturing compliance violations from multiple angles. You will serve as a critical link between the dock floor and management, logging findings and validating information before reporting.
Working in multi-temperature environments, you will need to make independent decisions to accomplish tasks while keeping site managers and team leadership informed about conditions, accomplishments, and concerns. This position offers the opportunity to join our travel team, see the country, and learn how all our sites operate.
