About the Role

The Hybrid Virtual Clinical Educator (VCE) serves as a vital link between a top biotechnology company and patients within the respiratory therapeutic area. This role is designed to provide remote disease state and product education to assigned patients and care partners across the nation. Beyond direct patient interaction, you will support the design and development of therapeutic area educational resources, including materials for patients, care partners, community advocates, and consumers.

In this position, you will demonstrate expert knowledge of disease states, treatment guidelines, product specifics, supportive care, adverse event management, and the competitive landscape. You will conduct outbound medication adherence support, enroll patients in educational seminars, and assist them in finding local community resources or centers of care. While the role is primarily virtual, you may be required to conduct in-person education and travel overnight if business needs permit.
