About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, people-focused HR Generalist to support our Senior HR Manager and keep day-to-day HR operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the go-to HR resource, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to make a real impact on the employee experience. While the Senior HR Manager focuses on strategy, culture, and big-picture initiatives, you’ll own the execution of core HR processes that keep everything moving.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage daily HR workflows and documentation
- check_circleMaintain accurate employee records and process changes
- check_circleOwn end-to-end onboarding and ensure data accuracy
- check_circleManage I-9s, hiring compliance, and troubleshoot system issues
- check_circleServe as first point of contact for HR questions
- check_circleSupport employee relations matters and conduct exit interviews
- check_circleCoordinate performance review cycles and engagement initiatives
- check_circleAdminister benefits enrollments and qualifying life events
- check_circleSupport payroll processing and ACA compliance
- check_circlePerform routine audits of HRIS data and documentation
- check_circleAdminister LOA programs including FMLA and ADA processes
- check_circlePartner with IT on system access and provide HR data to Finance
Requirements
- verifiedHigh School Diploma
- verified2+ years of HR experience
- verifiedMulti-state HR experience (California & Washington preferred)
