About the Role
As a Housekeeper, your day will be dedicated to ensuring every villa is pristine and welcoming. You will clean the entirety of villas—including kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and bedrooms—according to our high standards. Your responsibilities include replacing all guest amenities such as linens, towels, toiletries, and kitchen items, and completing assigned tasks within your scheduled shift.
You will be the face of our hospitality, greeting guests warmly and anticipating their needs while interacting professionally with colleagues. You will report room status to the Main Linen Room, Housekeeping Manager, or Front Desk, and manage the logistics of the Housekeeping cart, ensuring it is fully stocked and returned to the designated area at the end of your shift. Throughout your day, you will contribute to team goals and report any maintenance problems, safety hazards, or accidents to ensure a safe environment for everyone.
