About the Role

This position is essential to maintaining the quality and readiness of our residential properties. You will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas and preparing vacate units for new residents. Your work ensures that every community operates effectively and meets our high standards for resident satisfaction.

You will work within pre-designated office hours at your assigned community location. Key aspects of your day include cleaning vacant units to a market-ready status within 24-72 hours, maintaining the cleanliness of both interior and exterior common spaces, and ensuring supply rooms and equipment are fully stocked and orderly. You will also serve as a point of contact for resident needs, including availability for 24-hour emergency situations.

Hiring Process

To be hired, candidates must successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen. If the role involves driving company business, candidates must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable means of transportation, and the ability to be insured at standard rates.
