Role Context

This position is for a Hospitalist Physician within the RMO (Regional Medical Office) structure, offering management and leadership responsibilities for the organization's greater Fresno area. The role is post-acute and geriatric-focused, involving SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility) rounds and home visit responsibilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, developing, and supervising staff to build strong relationships with providers and the network.
