Inizio Engage has partnered with CSL Behring to seek a performance-driven Hospital Sales Specialist passionate about making a difference in healthcare. This role is designed to manage all aspects of territory business development, cultivating relationships within key hospital accounts, and driving education and awareness around a critical treatment portfolio.
You will serve as a bridge between CSL Behring and a wide network of stakeholders, including Health Care Professionals (HCPs), hospital decision-makers, pharmacy and infusion suites, and C-Suite executives. Success in this position requires strong clinical and disease state knowledge, along with the ability to navigate the complexities of the U.S. hospital market. You will facilitate the development of new accounts while supporting the growth of existing ones.
Your day-to-day involves active collaboration with the Regional Sales Manager and cross-functional stakeholders such as marketing, medical affairs, healthcare systems, and operations to ensure alignment on integrated strategic plans. You will implement CSL Behring's patient-focused hospital selling model, utilizing effective opening, probing, listening, and closing skills during customer calls. Additionally, you will be expected to support appropriate patient education programs and ensure a consistent customer experience by collaborating with Associate Sales Directors, Corporate Account Managers, Field Reimbursement Managers, and Medical Science Liaisons.
