Encompass Health seeks a Hospital Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care within our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. Key Responsibilities

- check_circleMonitor, document, and report patient status, vital signs, and responses to treatment using EHR systems

- check_circleEnsure patient safety, infection control, and adherence to clinical best practices

Requirements
- verifiedActive Registered Nurse (RN) license in state of practice
- verifiedBasic Life Support (BLS) certification
- verifiedAdvanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
- verifiedCertified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
- verifiedPrior inpatient rehab or acute care experience preferred
