At Grace Medical Center, the Hospital Operations Coordinator/ED Resource RN serves as a critical leader within the emergency department and hospital operations. This role is designed to ensure quality service to all customers while reflecting the organization's mission, vision, and philosophy.
In this position, you will provide overall direction for hospital operations, utilizing strong leadership skills to coordinate activities related to overall hospital throughput. You will serve as a liaison to all hospital departments and staff, ensuring that personnel function within established standards and expectations. A key part of your day involves assessing, developing, and implementing standards, policies, and procedures to ensure care is dictated by individual patient needs. You will also create an environment that monitors and adapts to regulatory and practice changes, modeling the standards of Service Excellence.
