- check_circleAssess and document patients' physical strengths to guide treatment goals and support physician evaluation
- check_circleProvide clear written care instructions to PTAs and Home Health Aides
- check_circleOversee the performance and documentation of support staff
- check_circleDocument patient observations, interventions, and evaluations promptly
- check_circleReport patient progress to physician, Clinical Manager, care team, patient, and family
- check_circlePlan and administer prescribed physical therapy treatment in-home therapy to improve patient function
- check_circleDevelop and implement rehabilitation programs consistent with physician's Plan of Treatment
Requirements
- verifiedCurrent and unrestricted Physical Therapy license
