We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Caregivers/Direct Care Workers with driving capabilities to join our team. In this specialized role, you will provide exceptional in-home care while assisting clients with transportation needs, ensuring they attend medical appointments, social outings, and other essential engagements safely and comfortably.
Your role is critical in promoting independence and improving the quality of life for our clients by delivering personalized daily living assistance, companionship, and emotional support. You will collaborate closely with clients, their families, and healthcare professionals to implement tailored care plans with professionalism, empathy, and respect.
