About the Role

As a Histotechnologist on the Charleston Campus, you will be the backbone of our Histopathology & Special Stains department. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in an environment of innovation and impact. You will process a wide range of histologic specimens, from grossing and embedding to microtomy, staining, and frozen sections. Your work ensures high-quality slides and accurate pathology reviews, directly influencing patient care outcomes.

The position involves a dynamic day-to-day rhythm, including routine equipment maintenance, troubleshooting diagnostic issues, and adhering to strict safety protocols. To support the laboratory's continuous needs, you will rotate on-call shifts between 8 AM and 9 PM, covering nights and weekends.
