About the Role
As a Heavy Assembler at our Belen, NM facility, you will be an integral part of our manufacturing team. In this role, you will assemble mechanical units, fabricated parts, and complete units using a variety of hand and power tools, jigs, and fixtures. Your work involves fitting, aligning, calibrating, and adjusting parts to meet strict tolerances and product operating requirements. You will also be responsible for repairing units that fail to meet specifications.

Working Conditions
The work environment includes plant, warehouse, production, and non-production areas. This role is safety-sensitive and may require work beyond normal hours, including weekends and holidays. You must be able to tolerate high and low temperatures and loud noises typical of a manufacturing plant. The schedule is subject to change, and overtime, including Saturdays, may be required as needed.
