The Health Systems Medical Affairs Director (HS MAD) serves as a therapeutic and disease expert dedicated to building and maintaining ongoing professional relationships with healthcare decision-makers across key payer and provider organizations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Delaware. This role is designed to ensure accurate, balanced, and credible communication of information regarding the full product portfolio, clinical science, and quality management, all while adhering to strict regulatory environments and the company's ethical standards.
Beyond direct engagement, the HS MAD acts as a strategic resource for the Medical Affairs management team, contributing to strategic planning and providing mentorship to other team members. The position requires a deep understanding of market dynamics to identify evolving information needs, which directly informs the development of value propositions for both product and non-product offerings. Success in this role involves collaborating closely with Integrated Account Management teams to execute strategic account plans and coordinating with Regional Medical Scientific Directors to support key health system accounts.
This is a fully remote position based in the PA, NJ, & DE territory; candidates must reside within this region. As a field-based role, this position is exempt from the company's general hybrid work model and requires daily in-person presence within the territory. The role involves approximately 50% travel to support scientific meetings, engage with decision-makers, and execute account plans.
