Join JobSiteCare, a physician-led company transforming healthcare on construction sites. We are looking for a proactive Health & Wellness Specialist (On-Site Medic) to support the safety and well-being of jobsite workers in Boone, CO. This role is unique in its ability to work independently in the field while being backed by a supportive clinical team.
You will serve as the frontline resource for injury prevention, on-site medical support, and coordination with clinical teams. Your day will involve conducting patient assessments, administering first aid, and providing guided treatment under provider direction. Beyond acute care, you will foster strong, trusting relationships with patients and on-site staff, serving as a resource for psychosocial support using a peer support model. You will also lead proactive initiatives, such as "stretch and flex" programs and ergonomic coaching, while ensuring the on-site medical facility remains clean, organized, and fully stocked.
Offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a comprehensive background check. For Health and Wellness Specialist positions, a pre-employment drug screen is also required.
