About the Role
The Head of Public Policy is a critical leadership position designed to manage the development of Paxos' policy positions and drive engagement with the public, policymakers, and regulators. This role ensures Paxos remains at the forefront of global conversations regarding the future of finance, the digital economy, capital markets, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies.\n You will engage with national and global leaders on multiple topics, leveraging deep, hands-on experience with the US legislative process and strong bipartisan contacts. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for clearly defining and articulating well-constructed policy, serving as the bridge between complex technical concepts and strategic regulatory frameworks.
