As the Head Coach, you will provide leadership and direction to the studio team, acting as the lead for the Sales function. Your role is pivotal in executing lead generation and marketing strategies to increase fitness membership sales while promoting the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to studio practices, and driving revenue through strategic partnerships and community engagement.
At MaD Fitness, we expect our Head Coaches to lead from the front by coaching or serving as a supporting coach for up to 10 classes per week. This hands-on involvement is not just an expectation but a core part of the role's identity. It exemplifies your leadership and commitment, providing an invaluable opportunity to immerse yourself fully in the community. By engaging directly with our members, you foster stronger connections, gain deeper insights into their needs, and enhance their overall experience.
This direct participation is crucial for driving business results. It ensures you are actively contributing to the studio's success, setting a high standard for excellence, and motivating the team to achieve their goals. Your presence in the classes helps shape the studio's culture, build loyalty among members, and drive both retention and growth. By being actively engaged, you are better positioned to identify areas for improvement, respond to member feedback, and lead by example, ultimately contributing to the studio's overall performance.
Candidates will be evaluated on their ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills. The selection process focuses on identifying individuals who can create a positive, successful environment for both staff and clients while maintaining a high level of organization and professionalism.
