A leading financial institution in Chandler, Arizona is seeking a GRC Platform Configuration Analyst for a 12+ month contract. This is a standout opportunity for a true GRC platform builder, distinct from an auditor, SOC analyst, or end user. The team is specifically looking for an individual who has built workflows, configured forms and screens, created business logic and calculations, and implemented controls and automation within a GRC platform.

This position is designed for someone with recent experience in a large financial institution who possesses a strong background in cybersecurity, risk management, and security control frameworks such as NIST and OWASP. The role requires a deep understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes, paired with the ability to participate effectively in Agile SDLC environments.
You will spend the majority of your time configuring and enhancing GRC platform components, ensuring reliable releases through functional, regression, and data validation testing. Success in this role depends on strong communication and presentation skills, allowing you to partner with cybersecurity, risk, compliance, and Agile delivery teams to prioritize work and adapt to changing business needs.
Candidates should highlight their hands-on experience configuring IBM OpenPages (strongly preferred) or RSA Archer. Familiarity with Generative AI initiatives, AI governance concepts, or tools like Copilot, Wiz, or Brinqa will be considered a bonus.
