About Grand Park
Grand Park is a vibrant 12-acre green space adjacent to The Music Center, serving as a hub for free, year-round programming. The team presents a diverse array of activities including fitness and wellness programs, weekly food trucks, theatrical and dance presentations, site-specific performances, music events, holiday celebrations, and art installations. The park also hosts large-scale events for up to 75,000 guests, featuring multiple stages, pyrotechnics, and projection mapping, often in collaboration with community partners.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Production Manager, Sr. Manager of Programs, or Marketing Manager, the Events Staff supports all aspects of program execution for Grand Park. While most programs take place within the park, the role occasionally involves offsite partnerships. This position is designed for individuals passionate about arts, culture, and entertainment who thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments. The role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts, often in varying weather conditions.

Requirements
