We are seeking a dedicated Graduate Practical Nurse (GPN) to join our team. This role is ideal for a recently graduated nurse looking to begin a rewarding career in healthcare. As a GPN, you will provide direct nursing care under the supervision of registered nurses (RNs) and other medical staff. You will have the unique opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
In this position, you will administer basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs and providing medication and injections. You will assist in the development and implementation of care plans, maintain accurate patient medical records, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery. Additionally, you will communicate with patients and their families, offering empathetic support and information, while participating in clinical reviews and training sessions to continuously improve the quality of care.
