Bright Vision Technologies is a forward-thinking software development company dedicated to building innovative solutions that help businesses automate and optimize their operations. We leverage cutting-edge technologies to create scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications. As we continue to grow, our dynamic team is committed to transforming business processes through technology.
We are seeking an experienced Golang Developer to join our in-house team as a direct W2 employee. This is a 100% remote, full-time position based in the Continental United States, aligned with our long-term Statement of Work (SOW) delivery roadmap. Unlike many contract roles, you will work directly for Bright Vision Technologies with no third-party client, vendor, or broker involved.
In this role, you will design and build high-performance backend services, infrastructure tooling, and cloud-native applications using Go. You will work on systems where latency, concurrency, and operational efficiency are first-class concerns, contributing to a codebase shared by engineers across multiple teams. The ideal candidate combines strong Go expertise with broad systems knowledge, including network programming, container ecosystems, and distributed system design.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners—product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders—to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions. Beyond coding, you will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, clear communication, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.
We value technical excellence and hands-on experience. For every role, a technical coding assessment is mandatory. Please apply only if you are confident in your technical abilities and ready to demonstrate your skills.
