About the Role
TREO STAFFING LLC is seeking skilled GMAW Welders to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for flux-cored and MIG hard wire welding, executing complex tasks in flat, vertical, and overhead positions. You will work with a variety of alloys, including aluminum, stainless steel, and cast iron, ensuring that all components meet strict specifications.
Your day-to-day involves analyzing engineering drawings, blueprints, and work orders to plan layout and assembly operations. You will utilize precision measuring instruments to examine workpieces for defects and ensure conformance. The role requires a high level of technical proficiency in setting up and operating both hand and power tools, including welding equipment, torches, and metal shaping machines. Safety is paramount; you will be expected to operate safety equipment, use safe work habits, and apply fire suppression methods in industrial emergencies.
