As the General Manager of Ticket Sales and Operations at Elon University, you will develop, build, and lead all ticket sales strategy for Football, Men's & Women's Basketball, Baseball, and other assigned events. This role is tasked with building, deploying, and overseeing a comprehensive, year-round ticket sales strategy for Elon Athletics. You will also recruit, develop, coach, and oversee a Ticketing Staff member, ensuring a seamless integration of sales and operations to drive revenue and enhance the fan experience.
