About the Position
As the General Manager for our San Francisco branch, you will serve as the operational leader for our region. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of fire and water mitigation, cleaning and pack-out of contents, and reconstruction. You will guide a team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction while driving the branch's strategic growth.
This position is ideal for a senior leader with a strong background in operations, P&L management, and sales. While specific restoration experience is not mandatory, we prefer candidates with a background in service-related industries who are ready to lead a diverse team and manage complex operational plans.
Benefits & Growth
We offer a competitive compensation package including a base salary of $155,000-$175,000, a 50% bonus potential, and equity. Our benefits package also includes health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, and a car allowance with a fuel card.
