About the Role

As a General Manager at TitleMax, you will be the driving force behind the store's success, providing reliable financial solutions to help customers manage everyday challenges. This is a high-performance, customer-focused environment designed to inspire growth and innovation.

In this role, you will manage daily operations, lead your team to grow revenue, uphold compliance, and build brand loyalty through world-class customer service. Key Responsibilities

  • check_circleManage overall store performance by meeting or exceeding Company performance standards
  • check_circleCoach, lead, and develop team members to drive business growth and revenue
  • check_circleLead local marketing strategies and community events to build brand loyalty
  • check_circleEnforce adherence to quality standards, procedures, and local and state regulations
  • check_circleConduct opening and closing procedures and train new staff in keyholder duties
  • check_circleHandle complex customer situations with integrity and professionalism
  • check_circleExamine and process loan and pawn applications while assessing risk within limits
  • check_circleParticipate in employee selection, hiring, retention, and work schedule development
  • check_circleSupervise office security, cash management, and loss prevention protocols

Requirements
