About the Opportunity
Aramark Sports & Entertainment is seeking a General Manager for Citizens Live at the Wylie in Pittsburgh, PA, to lead our food and beverage operations. In this role, you will plan, manage, and lead contracted food service operations with multi-million-dollar revenue, ensuring we meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and guest needs. You will report to Senior Leadership and manage a team of salaried direct reports.
Who You Are
Our General Managers are best-in-class operation managers who lead teams to provide excellent service to our clients and guests. Success in this role requires being in sync with our client's vision, possessing strong relationship-building skills, financial acumen, and a commitment to safety. Ideal candidates have managed large revenue accounts, make data-based decisions, and have extensive experience with financial analytics and forecasting. You must be willing to be hands-on with staff and operations, working flexible hours that include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
