General Manager

About the Role

As a General Manager, you will plan, manage, and guide multiple contracted services for a client, typically generating $2-15M+ in revenue. Your mission is to meet operating and financial goals, client objectives, and customer needs. Depending on the specific client, your services may encompass food service, facility support, custodial services, retail, lodging, transportation, and more.

You will serve as a capable operations manager, leading a team to provide excellent service. Success in this role requires a deep knowledge of the client's business, positive relationship-building skills, financial acumen, and an unwavering focus on safety. You will partner with Finance to manage budgets and optimize financial performance while ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Your day-to-day involves building and developing a management team, assessing operations, and crafting strategies to drive employee and customer satisfaction.
