About the Role

As a General Laborer, you will be the backbone of our field operations, expected to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks in a timely manner with the highest standard of workmanship. This role is critical for maintaining site safety and efficiency; you will keep open communication with the Foreman or Superintendent whenever circumstances change that could affect task completion.

Your day-to-day involves providing general site clean-up and organization, assisting with dewatering and light demolition, and managing dust control. You will handle steel and wood forms, track and store small tools, and ensure all equipment is inspected for safe working conditions. Additionally, you will assist in material staging, lubricate and fuel machinery, and help direct traffic or clear paths during emergencies. A key part of your mission is to engage in continuous learning, providing mentorship to crew members to promote a culture of safety, quality, and professional growth.
